Over the years, I’ve come to discover that my biggest strengths lie in building systems and creating order from chaos. I love solving difficult problems. Give me a thorny issue and I’ll happily sit for hours, doggedly picking away at it as the world passes me by.

I approach my work with empathy for the modern knowledge worker. The people who thrive in today’s economy are those who are able to overcome the many difficult barriers and consistently accomplish their best work – work that requires deep concentration and complex problem-solving. But in a society that favours busyness over depth and short term activity over long-term progress, shallow and reactive working has become the norm.

Every day, we face a plight of willful interruptions and constant distraction. We waste copious amounts of time on inefficient and low-value coordination. We are drowning in emails. As a result, so many talented and highly capable individuals just don’t have the freedom, the support and the systems they need to excel at producing great work.

My primary focus is in researching, testing, iterating and distilling the best ways to help teams and individuals create better results, more easily, in less time; leaving them happier and more fulfilled, while also adding major value to their organisations.

With the right systems, the right tools, the right knowledge and the right culture, it’s astonishing what is possible.

That’s why I work with individuals, teams and organisations to adopt the tools, processes and methodologies necessary to eliminate wastage and do their best, most fulfilling work.

This website, the Asana Accelerator Programme, and the many simple tips and tricks I share are the results of hundreds of hours of research and thousands of hours of development, testing, iteration and feedback.

Along the way, I have had the opportunity to work with an array of clients; from passionate solopreneurs to large teams and departments within multi-billion dollar global organisations. Every day my experience further convinces me of the life-changing but considerably under-utilised concepts of work management, systemisation and process improvement.

Today, I work primarily with UK-based SMEs with a growing team of 20-50 people and an annual revenue of £2million+. I also consult independently with small business owners and solopreneurs to help them free up the time they need to escape the hamster wheel and get their ideas off the ground.
